This place and the people who run it are truly amazing. Both the employees and the residents are wonderful care-giving folks who will do anything to help other residents. I have been to several facilities that provide similar services but none are like Chateau Madeleine. The staff to resident ratio is more than double every other place I have seen or lived in. The food is as good or better than any top tier restaurant in the area and eating times are the most flexible I have ever seen. The Chateau hosted a lovely birthday celebration for my friend, a World War II veteran, who turned 100 years old on March 14th. Although ten residents were celebrating March birthdays together, the centennial celebration truly made this event extraordinary. Chef Kevin and his team did an outstanding job with the food—it was all served piping hot and incredibly delicious, featuring conch fritters and empanadas. I just want to share what an amazing birthday I had at Chateau. From the moment I had breakfast until it was time for bed, I was greeted with the “Happy Birthday” song at least five or six times. The staff from every department and even the residents were incredibly kind and loving. This place has truly transformed my life. When I first arrived here, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep living. I struggle to find the right words to express my feelings, but all I can say is thank you for creating such a wonderful place to call home. Chateau Madeleine's management and staff are wonderful. They are attentive and caring. The programs are designed to take care of the physical, mental and social needs of the residents, and are plentiful. And the food is delicious. We could not be more pleased with the lifestyle that they provide for our mother. Thank you, Chateau Madeleine!
Phenomenal experience at Chateau! The staff has been incredible in helping facilitate my parents’ transition to assisted living. They are SO HAPPY….the food is fabulous and the residents and staff are welcoming. I sincerely feel that my parents’ move to Chateau is literally giving them life!!!
My mom absolutely loves living here! The staff always goes above and beyond to take care of their residents and treats them and loves on them like they are their own family!! I wouldn't want my mom to be anywhere else but Chateau Madeleine!!
