The Chateau hosted a lovely birthday celebration for my friend, a World War II veteran, who turned 100 years old on March 14th. Although ten residents were celebrating March birthdays together, the centennial celebration truly made this event extraordinary. Chef Kevin and his team did an outstanding job with the food—it was all served piping hot and incredibly delicious, featuring conch fritters and empanadas. The Chateau’s staff personally served each guest as they were seated in the party room. The festivities were elevated with champagne and a beautiful cake honoring Walter's 100 years.
