Making an online platform to customize a sandwich order should be convenient. Then to add you had ZERO other customers in the building during my two sandwich order, only to get it wrong is saying something. Almost impressed actually. Was excited when I heard you opened back up. Bought this as dinner for a 6 hour trip up north. Only to realize while on 287 I was given a sandwich with additives not asked for, ruining said sandwich. When a customer doesn't want vinegar, maybe, just maybe, don't put vinegar on it.
I visited for lunch recently and was really impressed! I ordered through the kiosk for takeout, but my food was served as dine-in, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. This allowed us to fully enjoy the restaurant atmosphere, each other’s company, and especially the food. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone! The staff was very friendly, and even though they were busy, they still greeted us with smiles. I will definitely return!
It may have been a little pricey with the DoorDash fees and stuff but the food was very good. I had Chicken fingers with fries and man it was tastey. Food was warm, they gave me little ketchup packets with the meal. It was good. Idk if I would order through door dash again because of all the fees and such but if I'm around the place I'd stop in for a bite to eat.
The mini sandwiches are just the right size for me, with a perfect balance of all the fillings. The chicken pasta soup is wonderfully salty and comforting in the best way. The ingredients are of high quality, but there are times when the sub roll feels a bit stale, as if it’s a day old. Additionally, the bread-to-filling ratio can occasionally be unbalanced, resulting in a bread-heavy experience.
This is the second time we've ordered from Chatham Sandwich Shop, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. Our instructions were followed perfectly. The egg sandwiches were excellent and arrived nice and hot!
The sandwiches, including the paninis and club, were excellent, and the sweet potato fries and onion rings were tasty as well! Great work on the recent renovations!

This is a fantastic spot for lunch! The service is fast, and the staff is consistently friendly. Prices are reasonable for the area.
