I pulled up and was greeted by an automated voice. I was confused at first cuz some places have that fake voice greet the customer before a real worker comes on to take the actual order but not this time.The ordering process was completely automated and it honestly creeped me out lol (this isn't some technologically challenged old lady btw? I'm only 26 and I was still thrown off by it). I let the girl at the window know it when I pulled up.I was skeptical about weather or not my order would come out correctly because I made some changes to the food items but to my surprise everything was just as I requested.My only complaint (other than the creepy vibes I get from AI) is I was a little confu...
They have a robot taking orders which is weird. Also, I went there one day and was told they're only serving GrubHub and DoorDash orders. They shouldn't assume people use those services. Not to mention gas prices are way too high to send customers that drive in away like that. Manager contacted me after I contacted corporate and made excuses (short staffed) but also said he wasn't there at the time and they shouldn't have been doing that. Also, I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience after speaking with the manager and corporate. Poor customer service on Management's part, however the younger people working the window are usually professional and courteous.
my favorite and most loyal food facility. I've been here countless times since I lived in pontiac, and I've loved eating since. dietary restrictions: unfortunately, if they have any food restrictions, they should not go here, because everything is a bit unhealthy, eat quickly and everything. However, it is delicious for anyone who lacks these restrictions.
Not a very good experience. My fries were cold. They put a nacho sauce cup in my bag without a top so i had cheese on everything in my bag. My cheesecake sundaes were half melted. I Like the new automated ordering voice, so much more professional and easy. Fancy!! My dad love the fish sandwich here so if he love it, I like it. The lawn need care and the drive thru asphalt need to be replaced while they making upgrades.

very slow service. we moved up and there were 4 cars. 3 had ordered and the 4th place had their order. 20 minutes later we gave up and went
