First ever visit to any Checkers. We considered it a success and will be back We visited before noon on a weekend. So, we may have been the first customers of the day.With two separate lanes, the drive-in was confusing for a first-timer (and the intercom didn't work on the side I picked). The window/cashier area of the side I chose looked to be full of construction equipment supplies. So, the worker didn't have an easy time getting to the window. We ordered ahead using the app. I felt the app was difficult to get through and I felt it was too intrusive. Why do they think that it’s ok to give us food that looks so unappealing and the total opposite of what’s advertised. It’s never hot/cold bread. Bread looks like it’s old. Sloppy prep of sandwiches and oil filled fries. It’s so sad to see what the fast food industry had become since the pandemic ended.
Food was cold and on top of that they got my order wrong multiple times.The Manager was rude, didn’t care about my complaint, she also has a snaggletooth, she’s not very pleasant to look at in the face.
This was by far the worst Checkers I have ever visited. I ended up having a rough night in the bathroom afterward. Thank you for the unpleasant experience.

I visited this restaurant for the ice cream, and I have to say, their custard ice cream is unbeatable. It’s especially delightful when served in a sundae!
Fast service friendly staff. I had to return my pie because if wasn't hot. They provided a new one and were great about
The food took awhile to get. They had us order on the app cause of some of the deals. Food was not worth price.
Too expensive for what this is. They also need to take some time and fix their drive thru.
