From someone who has been eating waiters since a young child, I always loved their spicy chicken sandwiches and pommes! But this is not my first time with such an experience, and I cannot hold my mouth again. I know how chicken sandwiches look when they're burned. It should have a golden brown finish. It was very clear that they were burned. Politically returned to the drive to explain my problem and was said they could try again to solve the problem. I just went through the drive-through after a long night of work. I placed an order (2 for $6 fish meal), and asked if I could do a substitute for a bigger fry as I did not need or want a drink... I was told that it would not be possible. I was fine with being told no. That was not the problem... Because I was unable to receive the substitution I changed my order, (2 for $4 fish, JUST sandwiches). She obviously wasn't paying attention. After she took my money, she disappeared for an extended period of time and came back with a bag that way heavier than it should have been. Then it dawned on me the price she told me... You have no character good customer service skills. How do you know they're training this right? The staff probably didn't make any training videos that it shows! re all just in there to collect a check that is completely good w/ me, his not my restaurant but not get all boo-hoo upset because I want my money back. You have no character good customer service skills. How do you know they're training this right? I stopped here for lunch on the way home from work and got the Mother Cruncher and the Loaded Fries. I walked up to the service window to order and the person who took my order was polite but as I was walking away was told, sorry we are out of forks. Not sure how you run out of utensils and eating the fries loaded with the cheeses and ranch is not easy, pretty messy without a fork. Not the employees fault that are serving you, totally on management. The food was hot and very good, the sandwich was very tasty and the bun was very fresh.

Just left the drive-through. Drove all the way to my house . Sit down to eat And I have the wrong food . I ordered a #8 Bacon barbecue chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, add cheese. And this is what I get. Not even close. The phone number provided doesn't go through. I don't have time to drive back guess I'm out of luck. What a waste. Not even cooked. RAW meat.

Second checker in the area I drove into today. Didn't have a lead first, or was someone in work? Secondly, no one answered the windows because they had signs on the box that the microphone didn't work. My little boy loves her pommes, but I won't waste time looking for another.
