Horrible horrible horrible. Even for fast food this is the lowest possible restaurant that can still be called a restaurant. I have never been treated so rudely by staff in my life. The weird system where a human doesn't take your order but rather some sort of automated robot voice does is off putting to start. Then, we pulled up to the window, and there were three people trying to figure out what we were doing there. No one was capable of answering basic questions, like, when they asked us to make a big circle around the building because our order would take a minute how long the wait would be. Worst checkers I ever been too very slow and when I got my food wasn’t even the right food she is literally reading it back to me and I am like you didn’t put the right meat she said oh the Ladie made us pull around to the other side and we waited for 30 more min for two sandwiches I had to get out my car and walk up yup window the Manager is very unprofessional I will not recommend this location to anyone I rather take my business to MC Donald’s and when I got my food the meat was cold like it’s been sitting there barley any toppings on it the pictures are misleading you guys need new staff that want to work and get customers in and out can’t believe it took 1 hour at a checkers from start...
This location has gone down hill since they added the automated order taker. I ordered one Checkerburger with everything, a Checkerburger with cheese condiments pickles and a small fries. The burger with everything had everything but meat and cheese! Both sandwiches and fries were pretty much cold. I wasn’t given a receipt. So, I couldn’t go back to request a new meal or fill out the survey online. There were no other customers in line, at the time. So, there’s really no excuse. I did, however file a complaint on the website. We’ll see if I actually hear back.

love rallyes! always. only at the bottom was that they charge them extra for more than one sauce, if they know for their chicken box, they need more than one sauce. will still go back.
Burger was cold and was hard as a brick... the bun was the same very disappointed... the female at the window was very nice or I would have given this experience a 1 or less.

I'm a big banana and strawberry fanatic. This is ONLY fast food restaurant that makes a strawberry banana milkshake. They rock that combination of milkshakes.
