I used to visit this restaurant as a child and always enjoyed the great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, in 2022, I discovered through a surprise announcement on local news blogs that they have permanently closed. It's really sad to see you go, Checkers Lindenhurst. I will miss you!
It seems this location has closed down as well, but there's no indication that they're not open. The only thing worth eating on the menu are their fries. I really hope they sell the recipe so we can still enjoy the only reason any of us ever visited this place.
