We were seated in the basement with no choice, and the atmosphere was essentially like a dark nightclub with loud music. It may be great for a night out, but not suitable for a dinner where you can't hear or see the person sitting across from you. We noticed people using their phone flashlights to read the menu. The waiter was initially friendly, but after ordering a second round of drinks that never arrived, things went downhill. The portion sizes were large, but the food was served cold and looked dirty. Food was delicious. Brilliant selection of cocktails. Staff friendly but under staffed and busy. Amazing vibe just disappointed with the toilets no toilet roll or even a toilet roll holder in one and the hand dryer didn’t work and no hand tiles. No baby changing facilities either. Overall very good and would visit again, would hope the toilet situation could be sorted.
overall experience was good. our food order was not sent to the kitchen, so we had to wait longer than expected for food as it was ordered new. we then asked ourselves about a sauce during dinner that was never brought by.
I enjoyed the delicious maple vegan burger, although it was a bit expensive. The loaded Korean chips were amazing - some of the best I've ever had. I would definitely return just for their simple skin-on fries.
