"My organization teamed up with Chef Frank for our 200-person fundraiser in May at our venue. The food and service were exceptional, receiving many compliments from our guests. The appetizer table showcased a variety of delights, from cheeses to his signature mini empanadas and crab cakes—all delicious. The dinner buffet featured paella rice, pernil, roasted vegetables, yuca, strawberry salmon, and sweet plantains. BLUF: COMPLETELY HOOKED—GONNA BE ROUND BY CHRISTMAS! Missing the flavors of my heritage while living in NOVA, I tried Chef Frank's Market, and the experience was outstanding. PACKAGING: My order arrived three days ago, perfectly sealed and frozen solid. Instead of the usual messy dry ice, it came with smart reusable cold packs—a fantastic surprise that I’m definitely keeping. PRODUCT: I’m not sure what magic goes into these pasteles, but I’ve already devoured four since yesterday! The taste is outstanding.
