Staff didn’t seem to have any formal training as they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Their only priority is that you pay for the buffet before sitting. They even struggle to answer basic questions about the buffet. Decor was very basic. A couple...of Chinese lanterns and that’s it. It looks like they could close up shop in 10 minutes and leave and no one would know that there was a Chinese restaurant here. The background music was just YouTube videos on replay on a projector. At one point they started playing multiple versions of happy birthday songs on YouTube for 20 minutes straight, which got irritating after a while. Price was OK and food was pretty nice. Probably the only food t...

dined there Last Thursday Night ... service is the worst in the world ..they are RUDE lazy and treat you with contempt with Racial over tones. Those who read my comments know I do not lie we had not finished our dinner it was 9.30pm...we were given the bill and they began clearing plates ..Closing time was on the door at 10,00 and then frog marched out the door.. They speak broken English and can not communicate with you at all Service was pathetic please don't waste your money much more nicer places to dine and I stand by the fact al the other people that were in the place were served before us and they just happen to be not Caucasian. funny that Design 197..

came across this place and decided to try it as i LOVE yum cha and will travel to get good yum cha or at least try new places.the restaurant is nicely fitted out as its fairly new. the table was very small and tight. the service was ok. the for however was quite good. the dumpling skin was fine and delicate and the fillings on the seafood dumplings tasted very fresh and was big on flavour.the only let down for me was that there was a little too much MSG in the food as i could feel it but not as high as others especially the Phoenix restaurants. Parking was easy and free. will definitely go back!

We visited Yum during the week, so there were not many people there. They prepared dishes quickly to order, which was nice. There was not a lot of variety for non-seafood eaters, but that was to be expected. One person in our group had a strong reaction to what we suspect was MSG in the food. I believe that Australian ingredients have enough flavor on their own and MSG is unnecessary, especially considering the negative reactions some people have. Overall, I would say Yum is decent for Sydney, but nothing particularly special. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We visited Yumcha, a relatively empty restaurant. However, we were completely ignored by the staff who seemed preoccupied with something else. In particular, the older female staff members in their 70s with short hair and black vests were rude to their colleagues, pushed their carts away, and were dismissive towards both their coworkers and customers. This greatly affected our overall dining experience. The service at this restaurant is extremely poor.

I went to this restaurant on a weekday evening looking for a meal, but was disappointed to find out that they only serve their regular yum cha menu during the day. Despite this, I still enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and the yum cha buffets offered for $29 on weekdays and $39 on weeknights.

This is the best Yum Cha restaurant I have ever been to! The selection was colourful, well presented and great and is brought to the table to select from many differing Yum Cha type selection trolleys. The food was fantastic.

We have been there for Yum Cha a few times and the Dim Sim are good with varieties. Parking is available with 3 hours free. If you go on Sunday you better get there before 11:30 am. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
