My husband ordered the big breakfast, which included eggs, diced brown potatoes, bacon, and pancakes. His eggs were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. The bacon was delicious, and the pancakes were large and incredibly light. I opted for a Greek omelet filled with feta cheese, spinach, and a request for diced tomatoes, along with hash browns and a blueberry muffin. My omelet was hot, flavorful, and generously stuffed with cheese and filling. The hash browns were warm, creamy, and didn't taste like the prepackaged kind. This is the best local diner! My family and I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. The staff is incredibly friendly, and after a few visits, they’ll remember you and happily chat about anything you want. The food is outstanding, with all ingredients sourced from a local market, Downtown Produce, just 15 minutes away, ensuring everything is fresh. Their breakfast is phenomenal, and if you're in the mood for something sweet, I highly recommend the deep French toast. This place is truly one of my favorite restaurants, and I always return whenever I’m in town.
There was about 25 of us in the group we came in. The staff was prepared and friendly, quick to get our orders in and food out. There were little to no mistakes and everything came out hot and delicious! Very pleased with the hospitality and service as well as the quality of the food that was served. The restaurant itself was clean, bathrooms were large in size, but only for one person to use at a time. Overall, rated 5 stars because it's worth the visit. Honestly didn't know it was there until my family made the reservation for breakfast.
This place is wonderful. My girlfriend has a pork allergy, which most places that serve breakfast have trouble catering to and in some instances have turned us away. We were welcomed and assured it was not an issue and that they would make sure everything was safe. This was a really nice experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming, service is on point, and the food is terrific. The extra lengths they went to to make sure we could enjoy a nice breakfast out was refreshing. I had a fantastic breakfast experience. The restaurant was packed, and I was worried that I might be late for work, but the staff was efficient and ensured everything ran smoothly. The service was excellent, and our waitress went above and beyond to accommodate a member of our party with special dietary needs. There was a warm, homey atmosphere that really made it feel like a family gathering. I had forgotten how enjoyable a Saturday morning breakfast can be!
There was a line and the parking lot was full so we were hesitant to wait but a customer leaving stopped us and said it moves quickly and the food is good , so we waited. The line did move quickly for seating. The servers and bus staff were super efficient and smiled the whole time. Nice people serving up smiles. The food was good. Menu has home cooked comfort food choices. Come for the food and staff. Both are excellent.
The employees here are well trained and move things well. The restaurant is very clean and well managed. Kaitlin offers excellent table service and the check-out process was very fast. I saw the cleaning staff looking for tables to clear them and jump as soon as someone left. Well-trained staff and wonderful service. Food was basic comfort food and well prepared and hot. Try it for the first time.
We were driving to St. Augustine from Fort Lauderdale and ended up finding this little gem on our way up. The place it’s clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff is AMAZING! with really affordable prices. Probably the best French toasts I’ve had to date. We have driven by literally hundreds of times but never been there. It was very good! My wife and I both like to try various cafe restaurants on the weekends and this was a great surprise! We will be back as well. Close, the prices are good and the service was great despite being very busy!
