The food at this restaurant is delicious, and cooked with precision. Portions are generous and the ingredients used were fresh, particularly the oysters and the lobster tartare. However, what made the overall experience so memorable was Sebastian, who was professional, helpful and humourous. I highly recommend this restaurant to people who live in Brig or are visiting Brig, it is a must try!
After my husband and I had our first date here, we had to come back for our wedding dinner after the civil ceremony. The team helped us organize our own menu and the food was perfect. Everyone was happy about how good everything was. The service was excellent as always. There really is a top team here! We recommend!
Dining there is almost a must during game season (but not only then). Very good food and friendly and attentive staff make dinner an experience.
Five of us went to eat game and enjoyed saddle of venison in two courses with all the accessories. Was excellent and beautifully presented.
