Visit in December. We booked to eat in the evening and were finally alone in the room. The room located in front of the reception (on the other side of the street) is very pleasant, there is a very nice typical decoration with beautiful posters, beautiful objects and friendly music. We ordered aperitif and dishes together and we were served quickly. Everything was really succulent, very well presented, lifted up, really perfect! Family staff is really very pleasant, funny, really nice it really adds a plus to this great trip. We've really been thrilled with everything and have been really good ate.
The Chem's is the restaurant I recommend to all those who pass to Nyons. A beautiful and fragrant kitchen, better tajine ever eaten. A warm and friendly welcome... The Chem's is like a second home, you feel good and you feel that the kitchen is made with great care. Thank you!

A super diner Fantastic Couscous (small special mention for grapes with cinnamon a happiness), super atmosphere and cozy room! Too bad we're not from the region we could become regulars!
I enjoyed this noon a couscous with delicious and very hearty merguez. The mint tea was also a treat. The welcome and the atmosphere are warm. This time at Chem's was a pleasant trip!
