I had a bad experience when I went to your restaurant yesterday. It is normal to tip the waiters in a restaurant, but how much to tip is up to the guests themselves, not for the waiters in your restaurant to come and ask the guests for the 18% service charge. If your restaurant really has such a rule, it should be marked at the door or on the menu that there will be an 18% service charge. If there is no mark, today the waiter said 18%, and next time I came, another waiter said 20%. Will it become 25% in half a year? Anyway, the amount is up to your waiters to say. Today, I visited this restaurant to pick up a carry-out order, but when I arrived, my order wasn't ready, despite being told it would take 20 minutes. After a long wait, I finally received my food and paid with my credit card. I tipped the cashier, but when she handed me my receipt, she inaccurately remarked, "Thank you, S tips, here’s your copy." I had only tipped $3 on a $15 order, especially after the long wait without any other customers being served. I found her comment to be unprofessional, and I believe she should reconsider her position.
I ordered two beef fried rice dishes and one salty fish fried rice, and it cost nearly $50 for all three. Unfortunately, the fried rice had no flavor at all—it tasted like plain white rice with steamed meat and vegetables. It was a terrible experience. The only reason I chose this place was because I had the salty fish fried rice about five years ago, and it was fantastic. I thought I would get it again since I was in the area. I don't know if they have a new cook or what happened, but I won't be ordering from here again.
I ordered sizzling rice soup. Which no one makes anymore and it was excellent and we also ordered chicken chop Suey some gum and it came with fried rice and an egg roll and it was also excellent. We came for lunch and the service was very good. It’s extremely old school, which I like, there were a lot of Chinese people here for lunch. Sue all freshly cut vegetables and the sizzling rice soup is amazing!

As soon as we left my stomach started hurting so we had to rush home. Service was fine for only 1 waitress but the quality of food was poor both dim sum and off the main menu.
This is perfect tor take out. Great food, huge portions. The inside atmosphereis very so-so but I always had take out so I did not care. I definitely recommend it!
My friend treated me there for my birthday with her credit card, and the next week they randomly charged her card $44! That’s stealing!
This is the best dim sum restaurant in the suburbs in terms of flavor. The chicken feet and beef tripe are incredibly fresh.
