This is not the first time that they messed up with my food. In the past my food was delivered with missing items but this time it crossed limits. I am a vegetarian and I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala. I received CCH (I assume chilli chicken). I received my order in normal packing with a receipt that says Paneer Tikka Masala with a Naan. I did not receive the Naan (although this was not the first time that they did not deliver the Naan and charged for it). I called them and they were very arrogant and talked to me in a rather dismissive and arrogant way. I later opened the packing to see that the label was CCH (chilli chicken I suppose). The food did not look and smell like Paneer Tikka Masala...
The delivery took more than 2 hours to reach me after several calls. They said they had already delivered it by 90 min and it turned out to be that the delivery person handed the food to some random person (without even ringing my phone or asking who the random person was). They sent the delivery person to me after 2 hours of waiting, and the guy was mad at me saying I shouldn't have blamed him and whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed so to leave a 1 star review on liferando. Then the restaurant called me back in another 50 minutes and threatened me for the review and said I was a bad customer and I will never get to order food anymore. This is a next-level disappointment. Eye opening.
Disgusting!!! Had ordered Paneer Tikka Masala on Lieferando. Found chicken pieces in the curry. This is the last thing I expect being a vegetarian. I don't know what else they do inside the kitchen. Ich hatte eine wirklich einfache, aber geschmackvolle Mahlzeit von hoher Qualität. Das südindische Spezialgericht aus dem Tal war mit vielen Curryblättern zubereitet, ausgewogen, würzig, aber nicht zu scharf. Ich denke, die Besitzer sind Tamilen, basierend auf der Menüauswahl, also würde ich die südindischen Spezialitäten probieren. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
very pleasant atmosphere, not too much decoration, good sitting facilities, music at a pleasant volume, extremely tasty eating, many vegan and vegetarian options, which is fantastic and friendly staff. all in all a very pleasant visit, we come back! when they ask if this was helpful for them to leave a like.
