I had heard that Chen's was the go-to spot for Chinese food in the area, and while they have a couple of tables for dining in, they primarily focus on takeout. The General Tso's chicken was quite tasty—the chicken was crispy and flavorful. However, the crab Rangoon was a letdown; they were overly sweet, almost like they belonged on a dessert menu instead of as an appetizer. The crispy noodles are packaged rather than homemade. In the three years that my family have been coming down to the Cape May area, we have never noticed this restaurant. They are lovers of Chinese food.
