As a delightful touch, they served warm bread with butter as an appetizer, and wow... the bread was incredibly fluffy, moist, and had a wonderful fresh aroma and taste, while the butter was excellent too! We devoured the entire loaf and ended up a bit too full for our main dishes. Regardless, I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic local experience with a great selection of Hawaiian and American dishes!
The food was absolutely fantastic! The portions were generous and bursting with flavor. I ordered the orange chicken bento box, which included salad, broccoli, and potato salad. Everything was delicious, and the broccoli had a uniquely amazing dressing. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed and greeted with friendly hospitality. The chili is a definite must-try! It's a cozy and family-friendly place to dine. We will definitely return!
I interacted with the cashier mainly only upon my visit due to a private party taking place. I placed a to go order and it was ready as promised. The cashier was friendly and informative. Great Hawaiian comfort food! The chili is so good, low in heat , high in flavor. Hamburgers, cornbread, various specials have all been good. It 's a little out of the way but worth the trip. This is a wonderfully inviting restaurant with a warm, family atmosphere. Nancy and Jamie greeted me as if I were part of the family. I ordered the Somen salad, and Nancy suggested I try their chili, offering me a sample. Oh my goodness... it was delicious! I will definitely be returning for more. You should definitely give them a visit; you won't be disappointed!
