I didn’t try the chicken since it’s often the only option at many truck stops nowadays, but it looked fresh. The sides and what seemed to be a half-baked or rotisserie chicken also looked appealing. Instead, I went for a couple of their cheeseburgers and was pleasantly surprised. They featured large, handmade patties that extended beyond the bun, loaded with all the fixings and topped with thousand island dressing. I usually see burgers as a quick, no-frills meal, but these were excellent! Thanks!
This restaurant may appear to be just another fast food chain, but it truly provides a wonderful experience. The food is excellent, the portion sizes are generous and worth the price, and the staff is enjoyable and welcoming. I always make it a point to visit whenever I’m in Alamo, Nevada.
