Alamo gas station surprisingly carried the best pretzels, DOT'S, that I have tasted in 79 years. Although I’ve never been a fan of pork rinds—which have fewer calories than chips or pretzels—DOT'S pork rinds were delicious with just a hint of spice. They weren’t hard like some brands, but had a soft crunch that kind of melts in your mouth. While the pretzels are available online, the pork rinds are not.
This restaurant may appear to be just another fast food chain, but it truly provides a wonderful experience. The food is excellent, the portion sizes are generous and worth the price, and the staff is enjoyable and welcoming. I always make it a point to visit whenever I’m in Alamo, Nevada.

I didn't have the opportunity to try the chicken as I didn't want to wait for the fat to heat up. The staff member at the counter was not very welcoming, and my meal felt more like a TV dinner.
A fantastic spot for a quick bite. The chicken and burgers are excellent—definitely a cut above what you'd find at a 7/11.
