I have never written a bad review before but this one deserves it. I ordered a delivery early evening. One hour and 15 minutes later I rang to ask if it was still arriving. They told me the driver had just left. I do not live far from the premises. Half hour later the driver turned up. It turns out a part of the order was missing and most of the meals were cold. I rang to to ask about the missing part of the order the lady told me the owner would ring me back. Upon eating the meal found it to be disgusting the meat was very tough and the rice salty and was not edible so consequently all the meal was binned. 2 hours later no phone call from the owner and the driver did not come back with the...
If you have a choice of going here or not eating, then starve! Waited over 2 hours after ordering via Uber Eats. Chased this up 4 times, and was lied to on every single occasion, quite rudely also by female members of staff. One saying I am not sure what you want me to do about it! It finally arrived it was terrible plus some items in the order were missing. Never again, George built up a decent business but current owners have taken it to the depths. I placed an order via user eats at 18.30. 19.30 and still no sign of the order. I phoned and was told they were busy and hadn't processed my order yet but would put it on straight away and get it out. 20.10 I phoned back as the user eats app was still saying preparing. I was told it had left. I phoned again at 20.50 to see where it was and was told it hadn't left as I was first told and it was still in the shop. Stay away and never use this place!!
I recently ordered three burgers for delivery from this restaurant. While the delivery service was great, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. My burger was made with cheap, processed meat that tasted terrible and was burnt. There was also no lettuce on the burger. I was so disappointed that I threw it in the trash. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Can't be bothered explaining my whole experience. Ordered food to be delivered at 6pm. Still not arrived as I'm writing this. Rang up twice, lied to twice when they said it was out with the delivery driver only to finally admit it hadn't even been started! Please do not waste your hard earned money because you'll be very disappointed
Ordered through Uber Eats amd told delivery would be between 9.20pm 9.40pm. Food finally arrived at 10.47pm.. Absolutely unacceptable.. Food was very lukewarm.. Would be 1* if it wasnt that the first time we ordered the food was nice.. Ordered twice in 3 days and now will never order again..
Placed order and paid by card said an hour which I didn’t mind as was a Saturday 90 mins later when it still hadn’t arrived I rang to be told they had lost the order ??!! Girl did apologise but followed it up with but we’re short staffed ....not my problem .......won’t use again
Awful experience waited over 2 hours for food and when I called the staff was very rude then said it was on it's way but it turned up 40 minutes later no customer service what so ever will never use again bring back George!!!!

I placed an online order but never received the food. They took the money from my account and I am still hungry. I will never use this restaurant again. The staff were apologetic, but the management is unacceptable.
This Chinese takeout is very dirty and unpleasant. The last few times I've been here, I've gotten sick from the food. I would advise avoiding this place.
