I'm a regular at this restaurant and I've been there since it was opened. not having been there for 2-3 months, I was disappointed by the current quality, for example, even in the middle of service, some empty bins. certain foods absent, usually present, and then removed, (I returned several times), the vapour bites much too cooked and so very rubbery, then I was a bit shocked to learn that the wooden chops were washed and reused. Is the wood not forced into force? Is that really hygienic? meat level to be grilled or even at the table on the other hand, nothing to be said, for a buffet at will the quality remains correct and the meat remains tender. Sushi and makis idem. That's okay.
Chinese restaurant at the will of Pont-à-Mousson, the only one. We were not surprised by the dishes served, but somewhat disappointed by the not talented sushi: without taste and very little garnished in fish, and also by the desserts: scarcely defrosted pies and water-filled paste, little varied desserts. what we're waiting for from a restaurant with Asian will. the nems are not top and the cuisto in the wok puts a lot of too much sauce. but otherwise the prepared dishes are in the correct overall, a little archi cooked but correct.
