We waited 20 minutes past our reservation time to be sat at a table that was across from the kitchen, next to the freezing open door to outside, AND next to a table that reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. We asked to move and we were told we'd have to wait another 15+ minutes for a table, despite there being tons of open tables. We left as the service was so horrible that we opted not to stay and eat. It was a huge waste of time, extremely frustrating, and we will not be returning.
Michelle provided excellent service as she worked with me to make sure that my event was a success. Michelle was friendly, professional, prompt, and courteous to me and all my guests. Because of Michelle, I will return to Chevy's for a future event. Thank you very much.
Our server was great; fixed a misunderstanding on the order and credited us. The shrimp and crab enchilada was great. But the taquito and fajita (both beef) were dried out. Good food; just be selective in what you order.

our service was the worst service we ever had here. our server gave us no refills, took our order wrong, and waited 25 minutes for a dessert we never get because it took so long.
Nia was awesome! Had my birthday party trickle in over the course of an hour. She handled everyone about 12 of us. Food came out hot, drinks were refilled and all were happy!
From waiting over 15 minutes WITH a reservation, to the server not being attentive, food order was wrong, an no to go container brought.... horrible experience
