We visited here after reading excellent reviews and were pleased with the general ambience when we arrived . However , after being seated we waited over 15-20 mins for a menu let alone being asked for a drink water would have been nice) ! Eventually I left the table and got a menu myself ! We ordered our drinks , water and wine, no wine glasses were produced . The solo waitress was so preoccupied , plus dealing with a few take outs, we couldn't get her attention without leaving the table again , which eventually we did to get a glass off the bar. Landed in Paris. Took train to Gare De l’est. 18 hours in flight and transit. Hungry. Check in and walk past this Bistro. 11+am 3 tables. Decide to walk in and chose a curb side sun drench table. Service staff spoke English. Prompt and efficient service menu, water and short brief. Ordered 3 entree and 1 main. Excellent prompt hot food serve. Delicious and looks good instagrams able. Great wine great food and lovely coffee. Super like the waitress.
