Dear readers, this establishment is a safe value in the country of gex. The team is very welcoming. the retro bistro decor is also pleasant. at the kitchen level, the chef concocts traditional dishes of the French gastronomic register. special mention for walnut veal and beef rhymes with pepper sauce. the wine menu offers a beautiful selection, with affordable bottles, both for village appellations or more prestigious wines. this is a small and cozy village restaurant that is run by a friendly couple. the food was very well prepared (the wobbly soup was for absolutely delicious to die; the steactare perfectly prepared,) good quantities and well presented. the service was a little slow. but every food is freshly prepared for order, so order a bottle of wine and relax! and the price is low compared to other restaurants in the opposite, which makes this a very good choice for eating more often
when I realized that this is a favorite with local craftsmen, my friend and I tried it for ourselves. there is no doubt that for three courses wein, the plate du jour is good value for money. although simple, the courses. offered were delicious and the service pleasant and efficient. fine eating is not (although it can be good in the evening), but then it does not break the bank!
