How can anyone give this place less than 4 stars? The poutines are authentic, filled with squeaky cheese curds, rich brown gravy, and fresh, hot fries. The portion sizes are quite generous! We chose the large poutine special for two, adding pogo and smoked meat, which also came with two small well drinks. The service could use some enhancement, as we had to wait while four staff members were chatting casually. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but the poutine was truly impressive.
Bolduc is an excellent choice for anyone craving American cuisine. Their menu offers a variety of delicious, snack-style options such as poutines, burgers, chicken, soups, and more! The prices are fair, and the portion sizes are quite generous. The service is also commendable. Additionally, there’s a fantastic dairy bar from Bolduc next door that serves incredible ice cream. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I will certainly be back.
It?s really 1 star. But the receptionist was nice. So that?s why I?m giving 2 stars. As for the chickens, look at the photo. It?s pretty close to not edible. Their cole slaw was not bad. Their poutine was less than average fast food poutine inQuebec. Just look at that square shaped, something weird/color in the bottom of those chickens that are going on. Enough said.

We are tourist from Toronto and we went to a few places so we can tell the difference between places. Unfortunately the poutine here is nothing special. Portions are small for the price, taste is just ok. We also ordered soup, don't even try. Most likely acheap canned soup. Overall a disappointing experience.
It was great! We ordered vegetarian pizza combo just for 16 cad with tax. Staff can't speak English well. But was very friendly and we figured things out just by pointing at things and expressions. Lol. Not a lot of options for vegetarians!
Do not get the fried chicken. I wish we?d read some of the other reviews before ordering because the chicken is truly terrible, hard and dry and not edible. Decent fast food place for Poutine/fries, lots of seating and service is friendly.

Please put your smoked meat pizza on the menu. I had one last night and it was incredibly good. Your smoked meat is superb.
