Ate here on our first night in the area and we were certainly not disappointed. Three of us had hot goat's cheese salad to start (absolutely delicious) while another had escargots. A duck main course and a steak tartare to follow, while two more had a second starter rather than a main - all flexible and no issues with mixing it up. A glass of wine each, and still plenty of change out of €100. A superb intro to eating in Amboise. Relatively simple fare, a nice atmosphere, and good service.
Nuestra magnífica anfitriona nos recomendó este restaurante para cenar y aunque el primer día no pudimos ir al estar completo reservamos para cenar el último día de nuestra estancia en Amboise.Excelente. Bajo el castillo , el magret de pato , el confit ,milhojas de frambuesa , creme brulee...una atención maravillosa y unos buenos vinos locales.100% recomendable. Buen precio, en la media.
Restaurant bien situé au pied du château. Service rapide et efficace. Les plats sont bons mais simples et tout n'est pas cuisiné maison (ratatouille ...)A recommander surtout pour la carte des vins ! Grand choix de vins servis au verre, très pratique et plus économique qu'une bouteille quand on est juste en couple.Pensez à réserver ...
Good restaurant, nice service but prices are too high! An average dish at 28 euros in the evening, a dessert at 15 euros and a glass of wine at 7,50 euros, the addition is salted. Too bad I won't go back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Tres bonne cuisine for those who love traditional bistro dishes: andouillette, jarret, entrecote etc... Very nice service.

Very good canteen for lunch at noon. Lunch menu at 22€ very tasted with a top service. I recommend without hesitation.
