A simple stand with outdoor seats (you order and pay inside when you eat there, they will bring your food)... a bakery with simple selection, but everything on the menu is excellent. Do not remember that this is a 5-star Michelin experience, this is a quick bite and easy farewell in the middle of the city tour and the larger Luberon. We came late in the afternoon paved and hungry, but know that there are probably zero options. We went first from the small door opening while we explore the charming city. After the realization that this was it, and the only open option on a slow spring weekday, we fortunately the menu... all fresh, delicious, and seemingly mostly...
Wir haben die letzten zwei Wochen fast täglich unser Baguette und unsere Croissants bei chez Christine geholt und es ist einfach genial, dass es so eine tolle und sympatische Bäckerei in Saignon hat! Und: Wir haben uns durch das ganze Sortiment der vielen Tartes gegessen – tatsächlich sind sie alle lecker! Wenn wir einen Favoriten nennen müssten, dann vielleicht die Tarte Pinien oder Louis Philippe – aber am besten selber probieren ! Ces deux dernières semaines, nous sommes allés chercher presque tous les jours notre baguette et nos croissants chez Christine c'est génial qu'il y ait une boulangerie aussi géniale et sympathique à Saignon! Et: nous avons mangé tout l'assortiment des nombreuses...
« Louis Philippe, what a pleasure ! » A beautiful discovery in Saignon the little tea room. But the selection of pastries is really many small treaties and stories are told about them. Christine is a wonderful boss she works with the heart and everything has a delicate and noble taste and is super fresh Louis Phillipe pies alone is worth the detour to Saignon.
Tea room in a very friendly village like restaurants. We were very welcome and we have very well eat on the terrace which is very pleasant. It is absolutely necessary to taste their two sweet specialties which are simply delicious.

Excellent and smiling welcome. Beautiful pastries, some out of the ordinary. The bread is good. Viennoiserie more common that is, to my taste, average. Nice terrace in a pleasant and picturesque setting.
Fresh and delicious salads. Traditional dessert was excellent. The shaded terrace was very pleasant. We had a good time, thank you.
