Several years after discovering LA video Youtube, we decided to make 400km to reconstruct Erwan and his restaurant. Without suprise, we were absolutely not disappointed. Erwan is an authentic person who loves what he does and with fresh products. We tasted almost the whole card and had a great time. The concept is original, basically for drinks made like you Erwan took the time to make us comfortable and animate the evening, thank you very much, and the pleasure of a future visit
Ever since I tried this restaurant... A very nice discovery, both for the place and the atmosphere like the kitchen and the staff. A really nice moment of the team with the Erwan mascot and its servers and dishes that are all as delicious as the other. The concept of going to choose its bottle in the cellar is very pleasant, it allows to discuss with other customers about tastes and choices that make the place a hot place. I highly recommend.
We agree that we are not on the high Gastronomy, in fact it is absolutely not Erwan's goal. Foods are of very good quality, dishes are generous. The CAVE. is a true museum alone, amateurs, lovers of good wines will not know which to choose. It's a beautiful address that it's essential to discover if you pass or not. There's a restaurant that deserves a detour. Excellent welcome from Erwan and his team. The products are of high quality and served generously. Here, no useless cracks, we go straight to the essentials. Nice choice of wines at affordable prices. We have enjoyed the entrance to the dessert and cheese!
Good restaurant or dishes are simple but pleasant the boss is listening and the cave grandiose and if the heart tells you do not hesitate to distribute with one or more bottles purchased on site at more than reasonable prices.
