Sat at a cafe looking for a Chinese, the waitress recommended Chez Fabien, and as we could not decide, we went. One of the best decisions we ever made. The whole experience was amazing, the staff fantastic the head chef, having a drink with him after food, yet the wagyu steak he cooked us was to die for. If you are ever in Nice this is a must try. Found the place somewhat by chance. I had L'Escaegout and Tartare. Both great. My wife had ribs which was tasteless. Don't go there. The kids had meat and we're satisfied. The staff wanted to recover the ribs but the second try still not great. Go for the meat / beuf instead.
