We have come to eat a Bouillabaisse in this iconic establishment. The place is very well located and offers a splendid view of the port from the floor. Attention, however, to stiff, slippery and biscornus stairs to access them. How is there no accident!! It should be forbidden. It's not enough to put white tablecloths and shirts to pretend to be a good restaurant, I would say catch tourists, yes we have eaten well but dear for what really are the dishes, as we announce a sole stuffed with the moslin of bits and that there is not the least trace of this fungus. we ask the server that answers us that it is a game of word, I think it's to take the people Too bad for them! I think it’s the only restaurant in the world where bouillabaisse doesn’t need to be booked. The quality is exceptional, the reception is great and all the rest also. And it’s not cinema. Christian seferian! In any case in summary one can simply say that ‘‘in Gilbert’’ is the emblem of Cassis!!!!
