Afternoon lunch outside with Champagne. I read about Chez Jerome's and we decided to give it a try. It became our best meal in Reims.Jerome shops early in the day to formulate his menu. One offering with 4 different components which you choose; entree, plat, cheese course and dessert. One or all four, it depends on your desire. I had a salad and my girlfriend had the artichoke for our entrée; both were excellent. The plat was a Boudin sausage with a sauce, vegetables and small potatoes; great flavors. Jerome maakt alles zelf in zijn klein keukentje. Echt fantastisch! Jerome zelf is ook een schitterende man. Hij is heel sociaal, grappig en zooo vriendelijk. echt een pracht van een man.
