We visited this restaurant during our stay for the Color Vibe run. We placed our order at 6:40 and received our food at 7:55pm. Unfortunately, despite requesting an extra large pizza, a large pizza, and chicken wings, we only received an extra large pizza and 24 chicken wings. My friend and I confirmed the order with the waitress in French four times, but when we received our order she claimed we never mentioned the large pizza. In conclusion, when they say 30 minutes, they actually mean 1 hour. If they had a "ready in 30 minutes or it's free" policy, they would have closed down long ago. We decided to get delivery from this restaurant and were very impressed with the homemade pizza. The only issue we encountered was with the vegetarian options we ordered. Despite requesting three vegetarian pizzas with different vegetables on each, they all came with pepperoni in addition to the vegetables. We learned that pepperoni was the default topping and that we needed to specifically request no pepperoni. The delivery was also delayed, possibly due to traffic, so we didn't bother sending the pizzas back. However, if you enjoy pepperoni pizza, this is definitely a place to try. I would strongly advise against going to this restaurant. The food is overpriced and not good, but the worst part is the terrible service and long wait times. The manager is always rude to customers, even when they are in the wrong. The restaurant is also unclean and the kitchen looks dirty. I will never eat here again, I would rather go hungry.
We had a late Sunday lunch with friends from the area who think Jim's is the best. The place looks a little tired, inside and out, and we were about the only people there. Not a particularly attractive place to eat in. Pizza is average to subpar. service is not particularly good and waitress needs training in appropriate handling of food. (cleaning floor and then serving food without washing hands If you crave pizza when in Beaupre......suppress it!
Pizza was awesome. Went there the first night we were in town. Told us it would be 20 minutes for our pizza but it turned into 45! But the pizza was so great we went back again. This time 20 minutes was 20 minutes! Great...food. Nice staff. Lots on the menu to choose from!
