Very successful experience for this lunch at friend Fritz. A menu of the day with poultry terrine, nice presentation, really good, then ham vinron two slices, potatoes jumped and raw, a little light the crudities but the rest impeccable. In front of a blue cord with its fries, a careful presentation, a tastefully very good dish. For the menu a caramel cream there absolutely nothing exceptional on the contrary. In front of a lemon pie revisited with an explosion of flavors. 10 or 11 euros. But a visually beautiful dessert. In the final good quality price. A qualitative home kitchen.
