Vietnamese restaurant, I had Tonkinese soup. Which turned out to be beef strip and noodle soup... no taste. Very disappointed. And in a smaller portion. a Monday noon ,people of people, warm welcome, courteous and fast service, but the poulardine soup of regular format is served hot and in too much grilled chicken but too much vegetables and with a tasteless fade. the chief forgot his own.
It's the same authentic Vietnamese taste that I remember from my childhood. LIEN has been around for many years. The portions are generous, even for children, and the prices haven't increased too much compared to elsewhere.

The noodles was extremely salty, unpalatable. There was 2 waiters yet no one to seat us. Felt like they didn't want us there. Too bad, won't be returning.
