chez louisette, near the pariser flee market. find this shady! it is pure authentic joy. tourist are embraced (sometimes literally), although I would say that 75% of customers today were local pariser. many of the contributors, including the beautiful songstress, manuela were practically there forever. it is kitschig and quirky, but it has a strong mind and soul that is very rare.
Too bad this restaurant is closed. Portuguese singer Linda De Suza who left us in December 2022 began her career singing in this restaurant in 1974 shortly after her arrival in Paris.
