This restaurant has potential, damage that its owner does not make any effort to make it more attractive. The map is expanded and attractive but it is not the case in the palace. The salty sweet is amazing when the cook is fine and precise. Unfortunately, this is not the case in this establishment. Results, too sweet, no flavor and accompaniment, tiny portion of rice... And then I'll be intractable, even the punch is horrible, we offer the old rum at the end but this one is a shame, it's gross. Very nice restaurant... smiling waitress and very nice. The restaurant is well placed. Indeed, by reading some comments, this restaurant will never be a 3-star Michelin guide. But we find what we're looking for in Guadeloupe, authenticity. The dishes are good. Long service? No more than in some restaurants in France! Not frankly, pleasant surprise, and the setting is very nice. Rate level, these are the prices that we find everywhere on the island... if I come back to Guadeloupe, I know that I will return to this address.
