We had a very pleasant time, starting with a delicious apricot rosemary aperitif alcohol . The chorizo served with the linguine is very fragrant and goes well with the cream and pine nuts. I just wish I had a little more chorizo because I'm greedy . The texture of the chocolate comes through on its own. A delight. The portions are well measured, which allows you to enjoy the dessert until the last spoonful without straining and without food waste.
