Dinner one night in a week without reservation. It was top. antipasti for 2 in entry, nice plank to share, quality charcuterie. saltimbocca and fritto misto. The saltimbocca was perfect, small flat nevertheless on the baking of the pasta, a more al-dente hair and it would have been perfect, nevertheless I understand that in a village it is delicate to impose such a baking pasta. fritto misto very well cooked. very suitable service, suggestions and explanation of the wine appreciated.
