Discovered during a passage to Pézenas, the map seemed very appetizing to us. We were not disappointed. The in-entry charcuterie board is very generous and the 1st choice. 'Aubrac's rib and her christmas bone, really good with good homemade fries as we love them. The burger of the 'Aubrac, worthy of a very good burger, a very good meat, cheese, salad, etc ... a real treat.
