I've never heard of this restaurant and it's friends who made us discover it. a very nice surprise. the menu is very short, however, so few choices in input and main dish. It may not be the ideal restaurant for people who are difficult. We chose the bletan that was absolutely delicious: perfect cooking and accompaniment of delicious and abundant vegetables. often, vegetables are a little overlooked in restaurants and small portions, but there it was perfect. excellent service, warm atmosphere. There are two services and the first one is very early. We chose the second service at 8pm, because we do not like to be forced to leave at a precise hour. we appreciate less this two-service formula,...
What a wonderful restaurant! Great staff, great service, AMAZING food, not to mention seasonal, ethical and healthy! Great ambiance, romantic and warm. We stumbled in for lunch one day and had the mussels and the veggie pulpettes - which are amazing! Greaat coffee too. We loved it so much that we reserved it for our anniversary dinner a few nights later. They gave us the best table in the house, (on the balcony next to the open window.) We had the ceviche, you the fish,the black pudding and mussels and the dessert of the day! Everything was so good, including the wine and homemade kambucha! A must visit in Quebec City - make a reservation though, it's understandably busy!
Tonight we took my in-laws to dinner. We've been in QC all month and have had some great meals, but this was definitely the best! Great service, prompt but not pushy. Lovely decor and ambiance. But, really, it was all about the food! My husband and I shared the ceviche verde appetizer. Delicious! He had the halibut. Wonderful! I had the vegetarian. So tasty and interesting ( not a word I'd usually use for something so good )! The biggest hit was my sister-in-law ordering the La Table de Pettigrew. It was a dinner complete where everything was a surprise. And everything, from appetizer to desert, was knock your socks off amazing! What a fun and wonderful experience.
What can I say? This restaurant is off the chart! The decor is exquisite, the music's fantastic and there's a great ambience. The people are friendly and charming. The food and drink was all exceptional. Each dish is a delectable work of art. I ate there 4 times in a row! The passion, dedication and creativity of the people there is clear. Incredible! this little restaurant found by chance is a pure wonder. The decoration is very neat mixing antique and industrial style. The food is delicious, copyy but refined. The waitress was very pleasant and very professional with us. Don't hesitate!
we made the tasting menu and ordered an additional dessert. I also ordered the apple splash (not recommended unless it is Christmas). the personal was great.
I was having a bad day so I went to Taco Bell on my lunch break and even though I ordered no beans on my nacho bell grande, the young staff that was working

Fantastic food, great prices, wonderful atmosphere. They even spin vinyl records at night, in the background loud enough that you can still talk.
