We sampled a number of restaurants in Collioure over the last week but Chez Simone was the only one we came back to. It's good! The tapas have a twist which makes then mouth-wateringly good! Highly recommend the Tuna - wow! Also the Pork dish and the noodles. Not what you expect for tapas but so so good. Well worth a visit but book because it gets busy!
Sitting out in the evening with a white wine sangria eating fresh and tasty tapas is just heaven . Get a table at the front ( not on the other side in the town) is the best seat in the house at Chez Simone. Just visited last weekend and had a great evening watching the world go by and the sun set over the castle. Just perfect.
Strict team, serious restaurant, talented kitchen brigade. I really enjoyed my visit to this establishment. I was accompanied by my brother and his wife and we were unanimous. This is a lovely establishment. We eat very well with sometimes atypical but nevertheless delicious dishes.

Restaurant à taille humaine, accueil chaleureux. Que dire des tapas un délice, goûteuse et recherchées. Je vous conseille vivement de vous y arrêter lors de votre passage en ville.
Good address, very nice welcome, aperitian plate with cutters and tomato pan cheeses of very good quality and especially taste the anchovies of Collioure. Very beautiful view
Four adults, two children. The food is really nice and fresh and the service was good. Amazing setting at dusk. Would definitely recommend for some nice food and wine.

A lovely place to eat tapas and enjoy the view. Very peaceful and lovely town. Wish we had more time here.
