Chez Sophie Montreal

My husband and I went to Chez Sophie to celebrate my birthday. We chose their tasting menu which had a great selection. The food is impeccable and every dish had the perfect blend between texture, taste and presentation. I appreciate good food and you can definitely see the work and creativity of how the chef selected the specific ingredients and herbs to create a masterpiece. I also loved the simplicity in presentation but the richness in flavour for each dish. Everything on the tasting menu was amazing but I enjoyed the lobster ravioli and the mushroom tartelette the most. Our waiter and the whole staff were very attentive. Our waiter suggested a few changes that could be made on the menu...

The food and drinks were outstanding in taste as well as presentation. I was dining alone as I was travelling for work. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very much taken care of the entire time at the restaurant. I will definitely return to the restaurant next time i am in Montreal.
