"Fascinating little English Tearoom. Also sells interesting bric-à-brac. Charming hosts. You must try the set menu, especially with home-made Victoria sponge. Delicious!"

Absolutely Terrible. Stopped in for coffee and some pastries. The place is full of junk intended to look quirky, but coming across as creepy. The coffee was bad quality instant with weird chemical foamer. Patissieres were store bought buns, about a few euro 's worth. The total for this for four people came to an astonishing and disgraceful €32.80 ! Stay well away from this place !

An interesting experience, decent tea for four came in cast iron teapots. We had lovely scones and Victoria sponge and some good chat with Theresa, her husband and another customer. Very quirky inside with lots of bric a brac teeming from every corner. Theresa and her husband (Tony? were very polite, warm and friendly.

The proprietor on the day I visited seemed to have had a charisma bypass as he was very rude to my 9 yr old daughter, it ended an otherwise perfect day with my daughter in tears. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, with or without children. Unfortunately I could not give 0 star.

Wonderful, quaint little tea shop at the side of the Abbey. Interesting bric-à-brac for sale, packed into the tiny space. Recommend a visit in a spare afternoon moment. Also a boutique hotel.
