Lévis has very few dining options and we were starting to feel a bit discouraged until we found Victor. Located at 1610 boulevard Alphonse Desjardins, it was conveniently close to our hotel. The menu offers a selection of three completely vegan burgers, as well as the option to veganize the classic burger. We tried all three vegan burgers and found them to be delicious and satisfying. I was delighted to see that this restaurant offers vegan burgers and vegan poutine on their menu. I decided to give the poutine a try and I was impressed with how tasty it was. The sauce on the poutine was delicious, although the cheese didn't quite match traditional poutine. The sauce was delicious, although the cheese wasn't quite like traditional poutine. Overall, it was a great meal.
