Chez Vignau - Tisch reservieren

chez vignau is both hotel and restaurant. we were there as basic for our hike to the lacs d’Ayous. the hiking trail at the lac de Bious-Artigues is only km from gabas, and from there radiate away into the high land of Pic...du midi d’Osau. the GR trail also leads through the village. we enjoyed a warm welcome and good service, and we loved our room opposite the valley. We had a delicious dinner in the rustic dining room, with an excellent, hearty garbure as starter.

stunning antidote, hikes very close, beds comfortable, but the best is the amazing eating and the wonderful hostage of vivienne and dominique. they are so friendly and welcoming and eating is simply delicious and a taste of local specialties on their best. I would definitely stay back.

we couldn't eat. while they served other tables, they told us a very uneducated wise that they did not take care of us.

very welcome, upscale cuisine, the menu today, garbure (the best in the region,) brasch stew
