In all my years of dining out, I had not yet come across such appalling service and unacceptable food handling. We found a half-dead cockroach (legs still wriggling) in the rice basket and notified the lady boss about it. She did not offer any apology and yet tried to argue that there has always been cockroaches outside the rice basket. This roach was *inside* the rice basket though. Apparently they themselves acknowledge that they always need to do pest control yet cannot get rid of the cockroaches. Stay far far away, you have been warned. Never again! Would give zero if I could!
In summary the food was disappointingly BLAND. I ordered Beef Brisket and Chicken in Spicy XO sauce. The beef was just tasteless. The chicken didn't look like the image on the menu and had lots and lots of celery. It too was just bland. It's a great place to go if you're on a diet. I don't often leave food and if I do I take it away. Maybe the first time. Hopefully it was just those dishes and the rest of the menu is ok.

I have been eating at the owners restaurants for 14years , the food is just as good as Manny's warm welcoming . Small things from remembering our orders to how we like things , I highly recommend the food and service at chi Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Most of the dishes we ordered were delicious. One of the flavour reminded me of my nanny (when I was little) who used to do authentic homecook very well. Very pleased with their food. Bit too salty but can do with rice. :)
Cockroach in the rice bin. TWICE! Staff were unapologetic, did not offer any compensation nor did they offer any assurance that they will resolve their pest issues. Never going back again!
