We stayed at Chic by Royalton and the resort is absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like family so kind and was always attending to our every need. Caesar was our associate in helping us to become members he was so kind to us and really took his time in explaining to us about the resort. That we decided to become members through travel smart which is absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Most of all after becoming members our member service guy Ruben Dario was so amazing. He always checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. Passing in the corner for a baptism, on reservation for about thirty seating places including children in the low age. The welcome was good, the food was pretty good and the friendly and smiling waitresses. The negative points are the organisation I think because the command and service were too slow to my taste, especially for small children. The ladies' corner with machine guns that didn't work. But if not globally, it was very nice! I recommend for those who love specialties and the atmosphere in Portuguese!
