We were looking for a nice restaurant to have to go back to our north-east and we fell on a nice surprise in this small restaurant that doesn't pay a mine at the corner of a small street but where the dishes are delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed a very good meal with excellent wine. The restaurant is part of the hotel les templiers they have a menu board offering a small choice of daily dishes. I chose the Sardines and my wife had Tuna, in both cases they were really well presented and were delicious. If you find yourself in Aigues-Mortes i would recommend this restaurant.
