Food was good but the time in which it took to get ur food was longer than normal. We ordered a shake and when the shake was brought to the table the person took our table marker and that made it difficult to find our table. My son had to chase the person with our food down and show the receipt so that we could get our food. Seems they are concentrating more on getting curbside orders out. The employees who were taking out curbside ordered were also the ones taking out the dine in orders. They need to have employees specifically for dine in so there won't be a delay and food will be delivered fresh.
Been several time and every time something is wrong, I order a salad and no utensils are given. The other day I ordered a shake and took a sip tasted rotten employee rolled eyes when I let them know. Order is always wrong sauces aren't given wait time is decent but one of the slowest I've been to for chick fil a, if you value your time and money go to a different location or somewhere else all in all
Since y’all started taking orders off that tablet I either get someone else’s food or a completely wrong order. People cut you off in line cuz it seems like no one knows whose next. Can y’all switch back to taking orders with the drive thru speaker? I never had issues then, not to mention the fact that I used some points for the order?yeah I’m definitely not getting those back!!!
This place has gone down hill. Employees have the worst attitude. They got my order completely wrong as if they didn't even care. No, I didn't get someone elses order because they always put you name on the order. Also as I drove up to the window the employees were talking about how they forgot to give the car infront of me their coffee. So theres that too. Just horrible.

Lately they've been messing up all the orders i place on curbside whenever we go. And its been a few weeks of this happening. They either forget items or give us the wrong food. They aren't rude about it if its pointed out but its happening too often now. Even when it seems the location is slow the orders are messed up.
Multiple mistakes!! I asked for several creamy salsas got only 2 had to get the rest. forever. The line also took forever and was in line for 20 minutes it was not even so full. Also, we come home my sons lack Pommes, he was as disappointed as you can forget a children's Pommes?
Boooooooo! Bad review on your way. I mean, many people swear here. The order was wrong. I didn't order tomatoes that can be simply excluded, but no spices? No salt. I don't care about the sauce included in the bag, so...peace!!! Food: 1/5
My grandaughter was super hungry and excited to eat her nuggets after a long drive to loction on 10th street. When we got home no nuggets in the bag we also got a GROSS BURNT SPICY DELUX. This place needs to clean house. Awful!

I had a disappointing experience today. There was a lack of communication regarding my order, and it was delayed. The chicken sandwich came with wilted yellow lettuce. I hope they can improve their service next time.
Ms.Faith was really nice with my toodler. I'm so sorry if you feel that my son disrespectful, you're really kind and patience. This place it's really clean and also good service.
