This Chick-fil A customer service has gone from bad to worse. I am a local and I come to this Chick-fil-A a few times a month. Recently, everything in this store has gone south. Customer service is bad. Today, I have ordered a tray for 10 people to bepicked up at 4:30PM. The order wasn't ready at 4:50PM. When I entered the restaurant, I have told a staff in grey shirt namedJana, she treated me like I don't exist. She didn't even go check the order, didn't check the register or kitchen to see if myorder was ready. Didn't check the computer screen or what so ever. If I could give this Chick Fil A a zero I would. This location specifically is a total disgrace to the Chick Fil A corp and what Chick Fil A really stands for. They always fill up the fries half empty and when you complain to them they say it was pusheddown that is why it is empty which makes 0 sense. Whenever you call and or leave a voicemail nobody ever gets back to you. Iunfortunately sometimes have to buy from this location because it is the closest to my home. They also barely put any chicken intheir salads. Just disappointing!!
Good luck trusting the quality of your food with someone like Julie Thornsberry in upper management. Certain behaviors in leadership trickles down throughout a work team and it gives the impression that it?s ok to mistreat certain customers. Just asbad as it is for a public official to racial profile, it is just as bad in the restaurant setting. I love Chick-fil-A, but asthe company has grown so has the exemplary customer service. Now service is on par with every other fast food chain.
I really couldn't ask for better customer service. After getting home and realizing my kids sandwiches were missing, I called the manager, Suzanne who PERSONALLY drove the order to my home so I didn't have to leave again with 5 kids in 100° weather. Thank you for going above and beyond

This Chick-fil-A is pretty solid drive-through is usually quick although it wines around the building and parking isn?t great. Always get the Sriracha sauce it?s legendary.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is not only quick but also friendly—they brought my food out in under four minutes! I highly recommend checking it out.
The customer service at this Chick-fil-A is exceptional! The food is fantastic for a fast-food spot, and my grandchildren really enjoy the play area.
Extremely friendly! Food is great. My first time there. The gentleman gave my grandson an ice cream cone after he checked that he ate all his food.

The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was lively with a wonderful crowd. Additionally, they provided free food for anyone wearing cow costumes!
