Horrible experience !!!First time at this location. It started off bad since the hand card payment collector shut off! We had to wait for another gentlemen to become available and take our payment. I ordered an 8pc nugget meal combo. My order was incorrect, condiments I requested were not even in bag either. Very disappointed in the quality of service and the preparation of meal!!
Fries were soggy and had been fried in old oil. The chicken was also cooked on both sandwiches, and only one napkin per order was given. Overall experience was on par what one would expect from a so-so McDonalds, not Chick-fil-a
Great customer service!!!!!!!!! Today was our 1st Chick-fil-A visit ever and the food was amazing and so were the employees!! Great job Chick-fil-A you made some fans for life!! :
